Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at support@zybloom.com with your order details.
- If your order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
We do not offer a return or exchange policy. However, if you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refund:
- The product must be physically damaged upon arrival.
- The refund request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team at support@zybloom.com with images/videos as proof of damage.
- Return Process:

Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for any normal wear and tear, usage damage, or dissatisfaction with the product.
