Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at support@zybloom.com with your order details.
  • If your order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

We do not offer a return or exchange policy. However, if you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • The product must be physically damaged upon arrival.
    • The refund request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team at support@zybloom.com with images/videos as proof of damage.
  2. Return Process:
    • The damaged product must be returned to the following address: ZYBLOOM

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • The returned product must be in its original packaging.
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
    • If the claim is approved, the full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be issued for any normal wear and tear, usage damage, or dissatisfaction with the product.
  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
